Ube is naturally purple, but a little baking soda transforms it into this wild blue color naturally — no artificial dyes needed. The result is a soft, rich cookie with notes of vanilla and toasted sweetness, packed with white chocolate and topped with crushed chocolate chip cookie pieces for a little extra crunch.

You will receive one box of a half dozen (6) or a dozen (12) large Cookie Monster cookies. Please eat right away or freeze in the bag for up to 3 months. Cookies are best when enjoyed warm!
