Peanut Butter + Jelly (G.F.)

Sweet, salty, nostalgic - this cookie is our take on the lunchbox classic. Made with a rich peanut butter dough, filled with organic strawberry jam and finished with streaks of our peanut butter frosting. 

You will receive on box of a half dozen (6) or a dozen (12) large Peanut Butter + Jelly cookies. Please eat right away, or freeze for up to 3 months. Cookies are best when enjoyed warm!

Ingredients: Gluten-free flour mix (Rice flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Cellulose, Vitamin and Mineral Blend [calcium carbonate, niacinamide (vitamin b3), reduced iron, thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin b1), riboflavin (vitamin b2)], Xanthan Gum, Cellulose Gum), organic cane sugar, butter, eggs, organic molasses, roasted peanuts, baking soda, salt. Frosting: Butter, powdered sugar, roasted peanuts, coconut sugar, salt. Jelly: Organic strawberries, organic cane sugar, pectin, lemon.
