Thunder Cake (G.F.)

My take on Thunder Cake -- chocolate cookie base, chocolate buttercream, and a slice of fresh organic strawberries. Inspired by the children's book written by Michigan author Patricia Polacco. 

You will receive one box of a half dozen (6) Thunder Cake cookies. Please eat right away or freeze in the bag for up to 3 months.
