I started Kalamazoo Cookie Company because I was tired of cookies that looked great on Instagram and tasted like nothing. I wanted the kind I remembered — soft, bold, no shortcuts. Cookies made with real, quality ingredients and none of the weird stuff.

There’s no team of food scientists or executives here. It’s just me, baking small batches in Kalamazoo and trying to keep my apron sort of clean. I care about quality, sure — but mostly I care about cookies that taste like someone actually showed up and tried.

I rotate seasonal flavors, partner with local folks when I can, and keep things pretty simple: use real ingredients, make good cookies, and try not to overthink it.

You won’t find fancy packaging or lab-tested consistency here. But if you’re after chewy centers, crisp edges, and cookies that taste like someone meant it... well, you’re in the right place.
