Baklava Bliss

A pistachio-studded brown sugar cookie made with real Shatila baklava, folded right into the dough.

We took real pistachio baklava from Michigan’s iconic Shatila Bakery and folded it straight into our brown sugar cookie dough — no syrups, no extracts, just the real deal. Each cookie is handmade in Kalamazoo, generously crusted with crushed pistachios, and baked until the edges turn golden and the center stays soft and chewy.

It’s sweet. It’s spiced. It’s buttery and flaky and gooey in all the right places — like a cookie met a pastry and they loved each other very much.

You will receive one box of a half dozen (6) or a dozen (12) large Baklava Bliss cookies. Please eat right away or freeze in the bag for up to 3 months. Cookies are best when enjoyed warm!
